Crunchy, airy crispy center coated in chocolate.
The chocolate coating could be better...
We think it's a shame that the Migros Chocoloco own brand has disappeared, the chocolate coating was much better.
On the plus side, the Maltesers are free from artificial flavors and colors. The pack is provided with a resealable sticker, which we rarely need,,,,
You could omit the note on the pack:
Keep packaging out of reach of children and animals (choking hazard).
The calorie table on the pack could be improved:
One portion (37g standard pack) calculated it would be better to calculate the pack size of 175g.
Hello Loanna
Thank you very much for your good input! However, Maltesers are a branded product and we have no influence on the packaging. We have passed on your feedback to the manufacturer, but it is entirely up to them whether they take it into account. We hope for your understanding and wish you a sunny week.
Best regards from the M-Infoline team

It's difficult to get close to you. The bigger a company, the more everyone can hide.
So I simply choose this route - to vent my anger and my disappointment!
I've seen the movie about the horse farms in Canada, among other places, from which Migros also sources its meat. Shame on you! Shame on you really! Are you not ashamed?
Dear guest
Thank you for your message. You can contact us via various media. Our address is published on www.migros.ch, for example. You can also contact us via the contact form on our homepage or via Migipedia. We take all customer feedback seriously and forward it to the responsible specialist department.
You're right - there are some very bad pictures in the article. Such incidents are a serious issue for Migros and will not be tolerated. Migros will therefore have an unannounced on-site inspection carried out by a Swiss vet in the next few days. This is in addition to the periodic checks that have already been carried out. Such incidents are to be condemned in the strongest possible terms and will not be accepted by us.
Why do we continue to sell the meat? We think it's rather hypocritical to say: We'll take the meat off the shelf - then it's gone and we'll have nothing more to do with the terrible images and incidents. Simply looking the other way is not an option for us.
Migros, on the other hand, is actively committed to a sustainable and rapid improvement in the conditions shown. This can only be done together with our suppliers and the producers. We will confront our supplier with the shocking images and ask tough questions. He must be able to show us with certainty that the images shown were either not taken in his factory or, if they were, will never be possible again. And we will continue to check this unannounced. Our aim must be to rectify the shortcomings as quickly as possible in the interests of animal welfare. If we do not achieve any improvement despite all our efforts, then we will have to draw the consequences and break off the connection.
We hope that this is also in your interest and wish you a pleasant week. Your M-Infoline team

How can you replace the delicious Chocoloco with the dull Maltesers? What's wrong with Migros? Why are the great own products disappearing because of 0815 goods that are available everywhere - even in the Coop?

Hello guest
Thank you for your feedback.
Since the end of January, you can find various well-known brand products such as Maltesers, Mars, Ragusa, Snickers, M&M's and others in Migros stores. With this expansion of our product range, we are continuing our strategy of stocking individual third-party brands in addition to our own brands. By expanding its chocolate range, Migros is responding to customers' desire for the original. World-famous brands have a high emotional value for many customers. For this reason, Migros has decided to include more external brands in its range.
However, we can assure you that our own brands will remain the foundation of the Migros range. Migros will not deviate from its tradition of primarily offering its own brands. Despite the various branded articles represented in the range, over 90 percent of sales are still generated with Migros own brands. The Frey brand continues to be extremely important for our chocolate range.
However, the new brand launch also means that some items such as Choco Loco, Tresella and others will be removed from the range. We are aware that this change may initially mean an adjustment for our customers. This is particularly disappointing when the discontinuation affects a favorite Migros product - we understand that. Nevertheless, we ask for your understanding for our decision.
See you soon, your M-Infoline team
