The service & delivery is/was catastrophic. I was contacted by private cell phone numbers of third party companies who did not speak my language. Micasa did not keep to delivery dates. On delivery, all the garbage was left lying around in my apartment. Nobody has contacted Micasa for 4 weeks. Absolutely no recommendation to buy anything larger from Micasa.

The delivery times do not match the information on the Internet. We have now been waiting 7 weeks for the garden table. We were not informed about the delay. There is no response to inquiries by e-mail and no information can be provided by customer service. After several inquiries, the supplier contacted us directly. We are very surprised at Micasa's poor customer service. It is simply disappointing how customers are treated.
