The taste! Mmh...
OK; they taste like Debreziner, although I have had more strongly flavored ones in Austria. Despite the name "Debreziner", which is reminiscent of Hungary, it is an Austrian sausage, with a certain Bavarian and apparently also Zurich flavor. Basically, they are Wienerli seasoned with sweet paprika, so the spiciness is very subtle.
Very happy for a lazy Z'nacht
