very good, also for labeling contents: I write on the back of the white insulating tapes with a felt-tip pen and stick them inside my transparent freezer bags.

Excellent product. Don't forget it's elastic tape, so before sticking it, make sure it's back to its normal shape (it stretches when you unroll it).
