Extremely sour and salty and lacking in nuance. It has nothing to do with the classic, good salt&vinegar varieties from England (e.g. those from Tyrells, man are they good). This is simply a cheap industrial product with dubious ingredients. The vinegar taste comes from (far too much) artificial citric acid and not from real vinegar. Nothing from "hand-cooked" either. They look like normal mass-produced goods. The price is also far too high. The Tyrells version is cheaper and worlds better.
