They used to be batteries from Switzerland, they never ran out and lasted forever. Since the new logo, however, the batteries have been brought in from somewhere - it's no longer the quality I knew as a child (34). They often run out now and no longer have the capacity they used to have. The best example is an old watch where my father always wrote the change (date, battery type) on the back of the watch, it was always Migros batteries. The old (alkaline) model almost always lasted 1 year longer. It's actually sad that savings are being made here, otherwise Migros now earns more because you have to buy more batteries.
Hello Benjaminwaehrer Thank you for your honest words. We are sorry that the batteries no longer seem as good as they used to. Of course, it is not our goal to sacrifice quality. We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced so far. Of course, we very much hope that we can improve our quality. Your Migros Fachmarkt team

I have been using these M Power batteries for years. But now these batteries are no longer manufactured in Switzerland, but in China. Since then they have been "leaking" at the negative terminal. I have already reported this twice to Migros.
Dear guest
Thank you very much for your contribution. We are sorry that you had to put up with the inconvenience of leaking batteries.
In order for the batteries to be offered at an attractive price, the conditions must of course be right. Unfortunately, European manufacturers can no longer guarantee this.
Part of each production series is tested and approved by a Swiss laboratory. However, given the very large total quantity, it is possible that a battery of inadequate quality may end up on our shelves without approval. Unfortunately, it is not possible to test every single battery.
Another cause of leakage may be a defect in the device (incorrect power supply, short circuit, etc.).
We hope that you have a better experience with the batteries in the future and wish you a good day.
Best regards from the M-Infoline team

these batteries are definitely no longer recommended, the quality is a disaster! over a period of about a year, countless of these batteries have leaked and caused irreparable damage to some of my devices. and no, my devices were certainly not otherwise defective.

Thank you for your valuable contribution.
We are sorry that you did not have a good experience with our MPower batteries. This may be due to a batch that does not meet our production standards.
We would ask you to provide us with the batch number for more detailed clarification. Do you still have such a battery? Please send us the sample to the address below or hand it in free of charge at the customer service desk in your branch.

I would like to agree with the previous speakers, these things like to run out. Remote controls are one of my most frequent battery victims. I'm thinking about fitting branded batteries from Europe for such devices in future, because a remote control can cost more than the branded batteries. Can the leaking M-alkali batteries be exchanged at customer service?
