Are there any problems with the processing of the milk? I have now bought milk 3 times on 3 different days and at 2 different locations (2x Surseepark 1x Willisau). Different expiry dates in each case. Every now and then a new bottle flocculates. (Even if not heated and also smells a little sour). Refrigerator cools normally I checked it at home...
Hello chacha80 We are sorry that the M-Drink Past has caused disappointment.
Due to further reports, we have decided to discontinue offering this M-Drink Past until further notice. We are currently still investigating why the milk shows qualitative deviations.
As an alternative, we recommend the Wiesen M-Drink Past, which is bottled by Emmi.
We are paying full attention to this situation and are endeavoring to offer the product again in the usual quality as soon as possible.
Please present the purchase receipts from the Surseepark and Willisau branches of Milchen when you make your next purchase. The store will be happy to refund the purchase amount.
