Has the recipe been changed, the taste was completely different to usual and when do you bring aluminum lids (yoghurt, M-Budget cream cheese, herbs, etc.) that don't tear every now and then? Date until 12. 12. Time 21:21 Ti 3 L001493 R305

There was something different about the taste.
Hello rollimaus, thank you for your patience. Our specialist department has tasted articles from the aforementioned lot. No deviations were noticed - the taste was as desired. There were also no abnormalities in the production reports we checked. Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to say what caused the difference in taste.
Sealing the lids is an important and complex phase in the filling process. This is checked by our machine operators and, if necessary, the sealing temperature/pressure is corrected. These parameters have an influence on the sealing, i.e. if it is too high, this can lead to the lid tearing. If it is too low, the quality of the product may be impaired during its shelf life. However, there is no guarantee that all productions or cups will always meet our customers' requirements for the clean removal of a lid. However, our line managers do their best to ensure this. For some time now, the color of the yogurt has been white as I am used to, but then the color is slightly brownish! Is this intentional or not? Thanks for an answer

Hello Senta83, thank you for the picture. There was no change and/or adjustment to the recipe. The deviation you discovered is purely optical, caused by an error in the mass used. During the production of the preparation, some of the chocolate chips were not correctly added to the coconut mass and thus led to the color deviation you have noticed. Unfortunately, this deviation was not detected in time during the filling process and thus the deviating product was able to reach the market. But don't worry, you can still enjoy it - thank you for reporting it. 😊. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
