Excellent consistency, little acid.
Not bad... a little grainy, not smooth enough
a good change from "just" low-fat quark. also good for desserts
healthy alternative to plain yogurt, lots of protein without sugar ideal for health-conscious shoppers

Such a great product, can be used in many different ways. But unfortunately not available everywhere (strangely enough)
