Why is this toast no longer available everywhere? Unfortunately not in Steffisburg for weeks 😢

Our bread range was revised in December. As a result, we regret to inform you that the Migros-Classic XL Toast dark wheat bread, article number 111273400000, has been removed from the range in the Steffisburg branch.
We can well understand that this is annoying. It's hard to let go of a cherished product. Adjusting the product range is always a balancing act for us. One of Migros' tasks is to adapt the range from time to time to meet the wishes of the majority of our customers as far as possible. However, we assure you that we will carefully examine any such decision.
We are happy to recommend the following stores in the vicinity of Steffisburg, such as Steffisburg Unterdorf New store opening on 23.02.2023, Uetendorf, Dürrenast and Zentrum Oberland. which still offer the toast bread.

It does say that it was made in Switzerland, but I would like to know where the ingredients - especially the flour - come from. Could this be indicated on the packaging?

The following ingredients come from Switzerland: Wholemeal wheat flour, water, cracked wheat, yeast, rapeseed oil. These ingredients have different origins depending on availability: Table vinegar (EU), wheat protein (EU, CH), iodized table salt (CH, Chile), sugar (CH), emulsifier: E 471 (EU), acidity regulator: E 263 (EU), barley malt flour (CH, EU), flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid (EU). It's a great toast! I think it's great that the wholemeal variation is available. But unfortunately I had to realize that this is currently no longer in the range - why has it been taken out of the range again? :'(
Hello BackBiene, we still have the XL Toast dark wheat bread in our range. However, there is currently a supply interruption due to Corona. We will soon be producing this toast again - you will find it back in our stores next week. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
