Summarized ...
«The burgers are very tasty and convenient to have on hand, but there are reports of quality issues like stones in the meat and expired products. Many customers appreciate the flavor and juiciness, while some find the patties too large. Overall, the reviews are mostly positive.»

Every bite a pleasure
Hi, I've been buying these xl burgers every week for 2 years now, and today the two burgers I made contained, like, little pebbles...first my son's, where I clearly heard the crunching of his teeth as he chewed...then mine too on the last bite and I can assure you that I clearly felt like tiny bits of stone!!!! And it's not recommended by dentists to crunch rocks. abe
thank you
Very tasty burgers
Good aroma, finely seasoned
Fit best in the xxl buns
Always handy in the freezer
Scandalous... Big outcry 😡😡😡 Food department stock management at Marin-centre shameful and above all reprehensible. We bought a box of these burgers on Thursday April 18 at Marin-centre Neuchâtel. We had planned to eat them that very evening.
To our surprise, when we opened the box, the top burger had green spots and the slices were stuck together so that they couldn't be separated. To avoid any risk of poisoning, we threw the burgers away.
I asked my wife to retrieve the packaging box, which was already in the recyclable waste bin, and there it was: STUPID! The product's freeze date was 10.01.2023, and the sell-by date was 07.2023, i.e. a box that had been out of date for 10 months... So I kept the packaging as evidence.
Wanting to know for sure that this was just an isolated case, before going to reception today to make a claim, we first went to do our shopping and had a look in the freezer where the incriminated product was displayed. To our great amazement we found at the bottom of the freezer other out-of-date tins, one of which had the same date as the ones we had bought, so we took photos.
Once we had paid at the till, I went to the reception desk to report my observations and my dissatisfaction with the receipt dated April 18 and the packaging box of the one we had bought on April 18, saying in passing that we didn't want to buy any more as we were so disgusted.
The ladies at reception were all sorry and sent for a manager, whose attitude was deplorable and detestable, devoid of any empathy, the only thing she said in an arrogant tone was: I'll have to check, without any further explanation.
Or rather, yes, she did say that it was good of us to have gone to report the case, because if not, they can't know whether stocks are up to date... You must admit that if your staff have to wait for the customer to report the case to let them know whether stocks are up to date, your stocks will certainly never be up to date...
I didn't fail to point out that I'd already been in the aisle and found more out-of-date boxes with the photos she'd seen.
This lady turned on her heel and left the store without further comment. Wanting to know who I had been dealing with, I asked the name of this ungrateful person to the ladies at reception, who informed me that they were not authorized to divulge the names of staff, something I fully understand, given data protection. Despite this, I asked what this person's function was and was kindly told that she was the colonial manager...? I have to admit that I don't know what that is. Having said that, as a sales person, if I'd been in her place I would have kept my head down and at the very least apologized profusely, which this lady never did.
I think that the software for courtesy, empathy and tact towards the customer must not be installed on her hard drive at all... Given that we had to throw away the hamburgers in question, the ladies at reception very kindly refunded us the cost of a box of hamburgers. I could see from their body language that they were quite embarrassed, so I thanked them for their kindness and their commercial gesture, telling them that the poor things, they themselves couldn't help it.
Since I'm logged in here with my username, you know exactly where I am, so you know how to get in touch with me I'll keep at your disposal, if necessary, the receipt and packaging in question, as well as the photos we took today. I'll also give myself some time to think about whether I should follow up this matter, in particular with the media such as ABE, the FRC and other very powerful communication tools such as social networks... but above all with the cantonal health and consumer affairs department.
Very expensive! Good taste.
Super pour dépanner une envie de burger
Good for stocking up so that meat lovers can also get their money's worth. Quickly seared.
