How heavy is this package? In other stores it is stated in kg and not in L. So I don't have a real price comparison.

This is almost certainly deliberately stated in L, as it sounds like more and also disguises the fact that 4 kg used to be standard. Now it is approx. 25% less content at the same or higher price.

Is that dust-free?

Due to the natural nature of the product, any mechanical stress (e.g. transportation routes etc.) can cause fines to re-emerge after the dedusting process. So no, the article is not dust-free.
