Good, not so greasy
Very good cuts of fish that can be prepared in several different ways.
A MARVEL, A DELIGHT
I had been looking for a non-farmed salmon for a long time. I have now found what I was looking for with the M-Classic MSC Wildfang. After frying on both sides (skin side first and then briefly on the other side; salt & pepper), the salmon was very tender and very balanced in taste (not fishy). The color was generally very appealing. Unfortunately, I had two pieces that were very different in color and thickness, so one star deduction. I would buy this product again at any time.

Looks too artificial and not very nice when cooked.
Since wild salmon, also good in self-service

Salmon with coriander (seeds and herbs), pepper, salt, lemon slices and possibly onion rings cooked in steam, a dream
Although the best-before date had not yet passed, we couldn't eat the salmon. It had a bad smell, it really stank as soon as we opened the packet. Unfortunately, I had to throw it away.
