How flour should be. White and dusty
Just plain white flour. Perfect for baking bread or cookies.
Unfortunately, the packages are increasingly damaged and some weigh only 977g instead of 1kg!!! I don't think I've ever had a package that actually weighed 1000g!

I wonder what normal household buys 8kg of flour at a time? Migros is becoming increasingly customer-unfriendly.
What type of white flour is it, 400 or 550? It would be helpful to receive a response from Migros.
