What is the difference between these and Soisson beans?
Hello Civitas, thank you for your question. White beans and Soisson beans are two different types of beans that differ in many ways.
White beans are typically small to medium-sized, oval in appearance and have a smooth, white or cream-colored skin. They have a mild, slightly nutty flavour. White beans are versatile and are often used in soups, stews, salads or as a side dish.
Soisson beans are significantly larger than most other beans, flat and have a cream-coloured to slightly greenish skin. They have a fine, delicate flavor and a floury texture. These beans are often used in French cuisine. Due to their size and texture, they are well suited to dishes where the beans are to be used whole. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you very much.
