With the 'old' cocoa wafers there were 3 pieces per row, now suddenly there are only 2 pieces, 1 of which is much thicker because a separating cookie layer is missing! Why is that? It's bad and impractical!
Hi takck, thank you for your message. We are sorry to hear that you had some inconvenience with our product ☹. We would like to follow up on your comment! Please let us know the following information about the pack in question:
- Best-before date
- Batch or lot number
You will generally find the batch or lot number next to the best-before date - this usually starts with the letter L or a mixture of letters and numbers.
We will then be able to make further clarifications for you. We look forward to hearing from you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello takck, thank you for the additional information. The retained samples from the faulty batch are flawless. The product has not been changed by the relaunch. There are still 3 wafers stacked on top of each other in a row. As we have not received any similar customer feedback, we assume that this is an unfortunate isolated case. If this should happen again, please feel free to contact us again. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why is this not produced in Switzerland?
Because it's cheaper? Many products now come from abroad, but we have such great Migros companies like Jowa, Midor and Frey, which have always spoiled us with the tastiest and finest products.
Hello max-huber, thank you for your question. We produce a lot of our biscuits in Switzerland at our own factory. However, we also have some of our biscuits produced abroad. Production possibilities (not every company produces the same varieties and has the corresponding facilities) and of course the price also play a role. In this case, we buy the cocoa wafers in our neighboring country of Austria. Austria is also a specialist in wafer cookies. We tried various products from different manufacturers and this product came out on top. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
The waffles taste very good. They have always made delicious waffles in Austria. But what really bothers me is the fact that palm fat and oil are used. This is not sustainable and destroys the environment. I generally avoid anything with these products. There are other ways. I'm happy to pay a little more. I think all products with these ingredients should be labeled.
Hello Balbok, thank you for the message. There are currently no plans to adjust the waffles. Of course, Migros regularly checks the recipes of its products and adapts them where it is possible and makes sense. For example, Migros' own industry has already replaced palm oil in a large number of products in recent years. New products in which we do not use palm oil are constantly being added. Replacing palm oil with other vegetable oils or fats not only has a decisive influence on the consistency, but also on the shelf life and mouthfeel of a product. We have gladly submitted your suggestion for the labeling of products containing palm oil to the specialist department. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
