When will the packaging (opening) be adapted and made suitable for use again? Unfortunately, the article was probably not checked before production with the new design...
Hello migibine, thank you for your feedback. We have already received some customer feedback that the dosing with the new cap (4-hole dosing cap) is not ideal and too little content comes out. In response to this, the supplier is adapting the dosing caps - there will now be larger holes. In addition, the dosing cap is adapted from 4 to 5 holes. Furthermore, the closures are optimized so that they close more easily. The changeover will take place as quickly as possible. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
