Hello, I miss the gold grape juice. When will it be available again?
Hello Sloe, thank you for your question. In week 07, we removed all Gold juices from our range and replaced most of them with M-Classic. In the case of grape juice, only the packaging has changed - so you can still enjoy the usual taste: M-Classic gra pe juice Best regards, your M-Infoline team

At the moment this product is sold with a sticker "Soon under M-Classic". Will the declaration of origin then be a little more specific? Today, the packaging says "...made from the world's best raw materials" and "Origin: Europe". Not exactly exemplary in the age of organic and labels. It's a mockery if only the packaging carries a more specific label as "FSC MIX cardboard from responsible sources"!
Hello Peter-54, thank you for your question. Our supplier was unable to provide us with more precise details of origin than Europe. However, the relevant specialist department has been informed of your request and is working with our supplier to check whether we can print the country of production. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Bought this week, it is still not clear where the grape juice really comes from. Why is Migros doing this "tragedy". Migros is losing more and more confidence as more and more comes from China. Perhaps even this grape juice... in a roundabout way via Europe, of course.
"Bottled in Switzerland" is really not enough, but I can understand why they don't change the packaging immediately, but it will probably come from China/Italy.
I consider the fact that the supplier cannot provide more precise information to be an excuse! As a customer, Migros demands a specification from the manufacturer (in this case probably BINA) that includes countless other items in addition to the country of origin. If Migros does not insist on a correct declaration, that is very shameful.
Hello Peter-54, similar to wine, grape juice is also "blended". This means that the juice comes from various grape varieties and is not pure. As the juice must have a certain sweetness, it is quite possible that due to natural fluctuations (weather and/or harvest-related), the juice from a certain region or country may be more acidic compared to the previous year, for example, but much sweeter in another region or country. The grape juice is therefore combined and blended in order to guarantee the requirements of the grape juice. With regard to traceability and the country of origin, we can only say that the juice comes from southern Europe. We can assure you that the product does not come from China. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
It would probably make sense to proceed in the same way as with Alnatura organic orange juice: It says: "Possible origin: Ghana (GH), Mexico (MX), Spain (ES), South Africa (ZA) - For the specific origin of this product, see the imprint on the top." That's more specific than "A top fruit juice product made from the world's best raw materials", as the M-Classic packaging now says. It even omits "Origin: Europe", which was still printed on the previous packaging! Incidentally, I have just discovered that Migros also offers Alnatura organic grape juice naturally cloudy, 100% direct juice. It says "Origin: Italy"...
Hello Peter-54, thank you for your feedback. Regarding the Alnatura grape juice - here the fruit comes exclusively from Italy, which is why the country of origin is printed accordingly. In the case of M-Classic orange juice, for example, we have also noted the exact country of origin (Brazil). As the grapes come from various southern European countries and the grape juice is "blended", i.e. made from various grape varieties and is not pure, we cannot list all the countries of origin. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I'm sorry your range doesn't include white grape juice. Is this planned???
Hello samgeneve, thank you for your question. There are no plans to launch a white grape juice at this time. The specialist department has been informed of your request. With best regards, your M-Infoline team

In K-tipp, Migros spokeswoman Martina Bosshard is quoted as saying: "All our clear apple juice and grape juice products, which are unrefrigerated and have a long shelf life, are embellished with gelatine" (source: https://www.ktipp.ch/artikel/d/schlachtprodukte-in-saft-kaese-und-patisserie/ accessed on 8.7.14).
Here in Migipedia, the product is labeled as "vegan".
Hello guest
This grape juice can actually be described as vegan today; it is not embellished with gelatine. The statement in Ktipp dates back to 2008 and is no longer valid. Your M-Infoline team

We miss the small 250 ml pack. Are they really no longer available? It was always a great size for our children
Dear guest
Thank you for your interest.
We actually had to remove theGold grape juice in a 25cl container (Art: 1211.604) from our range due to a lack of demand.
We now only stock the Gold grape juice in the 1 liter bottle.
Kind regards from the M-Infoline team

It's annoying that Migors no longer stocks bottled grape juice (especially for the festive season). Who would buy such a fine drink in a simple carton? The grape juice in the Selection line was excellent - why is it no longer available (at least not at MM Herisau)?

Dear guest
Thank you for your comment.
Unfortunately, we had to remove the Sélection Cabernet from our range due to low demand.
Have you tried the Sélection Moscato? Maybe this will become your new favorite drink.
Have a nice evening and best regards from the M-Infoline team

Good taste. As the sealing collar protrudes far into the inside of the pack, the contents cannot be emptied completely. There have been better things in the past, please reconsider!
Hello Istanbul
Thank you for your suggestion, which we are happy to pass on.
However, before we make any changes to the product range, products or their packaging, we have to carry out rigorous tests and ensure that the changes are better than the current situation. This process usually takes time. For this reason, we ask for your understanding in advance if your suggestion cannot be considered immediately or at all.
Best regards
Your M-Infoline Team

I don't know what there is to investigate? The fact is that not all of the contents can be used. A residual amount always remains. I think that's a great pity!
even a lot, some of which is considerable!
This investigation has been going on for quite a long time now... Would appreciate an update.
Hello migros8
Thank you for your interest.
Packaging optimizations usually take a very long time to implement. Such production issues are usually associated with high costs and can therefore not be implemented so quickly.
Unfortunately, we cannot give you any further details at the moment.
We ask for your understanding and send you our best regards from the M-Infoline team.
