Hello SimiSimi, thank you for your inquiry. The chilled, spreadable butter is made from pure Swiss butter. In contrast to "normal" butter, we use so-called summer butter, which comes from Swiss cows. They graze on Swiss pastures during the summer months. Compared to winter feed, the cows therefore consume higher levels of unsaturated fatty acids from fresh herbs and grasses, which are contained accordingly in the milk and butter. The subsequent, slower (compared to conventional butter) and therefore gentler filling into the tubs, plus the unsaturated fatty acids, help the butter to achieve a softer consistency. Can you give us the M-Data and the lot number of your packaging? This will allow us to check whether our reference samples cannot be coated under refrigeration and what the reason for this might be. The lot number consists of mixed numbers and letters and usually starts with an L.

We are sorry that your butter was not spreadable and that you are not satisfied.
Based on your feedback, our specialist department bought and tested several products with different M-Data in the store. All the butters were spreadable without any problems. With the new spreadable butter, it is very important that it is cooled immediately after purchase or consumption. If the butter becomes warm, water will form which will harden when it is cooled again, destroying its spreadability.

We are very sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our new chilled spreadable butter.
Following your feedback, our specialist department purchased a few of the products with different M-Data numbers from the store to test. All of the butter packs tested were easy to spread.
We worked with our specialists to find out more about the Lurpak Spreadable. This is a so-called dairy spread because it contains 69% butter and an additional 25% plant oils. It is therefore comparable to our Valflora Soft (40% butter). Have you tried this product instead?

There are no ingredients in butter!

As with the other products, you will find the list of ingredients on the packaging. However, as the butter is made exclusively from 100% Swiss cream, the list of ingredients is very short and not as conspicuous as on a yoghurt, for example.

it is written on the packaging exactly as I wrote it two weeks ago in the product description.
There are no ingredients or list of ingredients, it's just written above the food facts,
"Butter made from pasteurized cream"!
