I bought an M-Classic Hot Cheesy - Grilled Cheese Steak and it has been bloated in the packaging for days, but the use-by date is not until July 8, 2022. what can I do?
Hello vegi70, thank you for your message. We will be happy to look into it. Could you please tell us the lot number of the affected pack? You should be able to find this near the expiration date. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
L2A119. Can I return the cheese?
Hello vegi70, thank you for your feedback on the M-Classic Steak Hot & Cheesy. We are sorry that your pack is bloated! The reason for a bloated pack can be the growth of yeasts that are naturally present in the product. Interruptions in the cold chain, no matter how short, can cause these yeasts to multiply and lead to gas formation. Our retained samples were fine. We therefore do not assume that there is a general problem. We recommend that you no longer consume the product. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you for your reply. The use-by date has now expired and I'll have to dispose of the product one way or another, so I'm left with the expense, even though the cold chain wasn't broken on my part... what a shame ☹️

Petition grill cheese: Dear Migros, please use the original recipe again, then the grill cheese will taste as it should! Unfortunately, it is no longer fine and is therefore no longer bought very often.
Hello pmenzi77, we are sorry that you no longer like the Grill mi Cheese Steak. The manufacturer has switched from palm oil to rapeseed oil. Unfortunately, we cannot influence this decision. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Well, I also wondered whether the recipe had been changed... it tastes a bit too much like herbs and a bit too little like paprika, but I'll try it again later...
Dear M-Infoline, I was really pleased to receive your mail! Thank you so much! Yes, the salt was indeed the reason for the blandness of the grill cheese. But I think it's very positive that palm oil is no longer needed for this product. Best regards back!
Yes of course, sorry! The lot number is LOBO66. I don't know whether that's zeros or Os. I'm glad that you haven't changed anything. I really like the cheese. Of course, it could also be that it has simply been in the marinade for less time...? Thank you!
Hi I generally eat grill cheese more in the summer (from the grill). I recently bought it again and fried it in the pan today. But....tasted completely bland! Did you tinker with the ingredients list? Or was something forgotten during production? It looked the same in the packaging, but it was less "orange" when I fried it. It has a "sell by" date of 12.05.2020. Best regards and thank you for your reply!
Hello Tomte, thank you for your message about the Grill Cheese. You have already told us the best-before date. Can you also tell us the lot number next to it? That way we can make specific clarifications. We have not adjusted the recipe. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hi Tomte, thanks for the lot number. The supplier informs us that he has changed the vegetable oil source on the Grill mi Cheese Steak. We apologize that there was a misunderstanding here. Previously we used palm oil for this product, now it is sunflower oil. We have looked at our production records. In a recently produced batch of spices, there were discrepancies in the processing of the salt, which resulted in some cheese steaks being noticeably bland. Unfortunately, we did not detect this defect in the batch in question. We apologize for the loss of enjoyment. We have already initiated measures to ensure that the spice marinade remains guaranteed. We wish you good health and a nice day. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

1)
The product is no longer available in small Migros, but the Panadoro, which cannot be grilled...
2) The product is cheaper at Coop (the same) than at Migros, even if it is only 5 centimes cheaper...

Hi mmoladi
Thank you for your comment.
Due to demand, the Grill mi Cheese steak is only available in the larger branches
The Panadoro can be grilled or cooked in a pan. This is indicated on the packaging. The price situation will be checked by our specialist department and adjusted if necessary.
We look forward to your next visit. See you soon in your Migros.

Hello M-Infoline
Thank you very much for taking up my request. Actually, the point is that it has become difficult to get Grill me Cheese even now in summer. Last Saturday before Whitsun, when I needed it, it was sold out and was no longer being delivered. It's similar again today. I have studied the other *competitive products* and the ratings for the Panadoro, for example, are not very uplifting. There does seem to be demand for this cheese, at least in the Zurich-Oerlikon branch. I'm partly vegetarian and like to eat natural food and it's tedious when you constantly have to run after something like this.
Greetings guest
Hello guest
The product Grill mi Cheese Steak with the article number 2006.117 has become unavailable in the Oerlikon branch due to a tasting. Sorry that the item was not available at short notice.

Dear M-Infoline
Nice that you can now express yourself here.
There seems to me to be something illogical about your answer. As far as I know, you stock halloumi and breaded mozzarella sticks all year round. Are these sold more than the natural grill steaks? I actually like them better because they look more natural and are originally Swiss. I don't really like the halloumi because it's a mixture from a Cypriot source.
Kind regards

I wanted to make it clear that I have nothing else against Cyprus, it's just that I prefer Central European food. I think halloumi also contains parts of goat's or sheep's milk and that's not everyone's cup of tea.
Hello guest
Thank you for your contribution.
We design our range based on demand. Demand is too low to stock this item all year round. Our specialist department will be happy to take your suggestion on board and will review any changes when the range is next revised.
We ask for your understanding and wish you a pleasant day.
Best regards from the M-Infoline team
