How far have you already come with the switch to free-range eggs for pasta?
Hi ivan92 Thanks for asking. The pasta is gradually being changed over. Many are already available in the stores. All items with the green "free-range" button contain only free-range eggs. We hope this helps you and wish you good pasta enjoyment! Kind regards from the M-Infoline team

Why are the M-Classic Spaghettoni (2mm) no longer available? They were the best.
Dear Andreas
Thank you for your request.
Unfortunately, we had to remove the M-Classic Spaghettoni from our range due to a lack of demand.
As an alternative, we can offer you the Agnesi Spaghettoni (article number 1041.353), which we hope you will like just as much.
We look forward to your next visit and wish you a good time in the meantime.

It is a pity that the eggs used in the M-Classic line are barn eggs. As this is a very large quantity of eggs, it makes sense to process free-range eggs.
The hens have the freedom to "cluck around" outside in the green, in their natural way. In contrast to barn farming, where all the hens are crammed together and trample around in their droppings. Coop serves as a role model with its own brand "Qualité & Prix". The entire line contains only free-range eggs.
I would ask you for clarification. Thank you very much.
Dear Buddha18
We understand your concern.
At the moment, we are unable to obtain the quantity we need for egg pasta from breeders and farmers in free-range quality. The price of free-range eggs is also much higher than that of barn eggs - this would make the pasta more expensive.
However, we can assure you that animal welfare is also important to us and we are already working hard to find a solution to this problem.
Your satisfaction is important to us!
Kind regards from the M-Infoline team
Hello Buddha18
We are happy to inform you that the majority of durum wheat comes from Canada. A small proportion is sourced from the USA. The eggs are from Switzerland and the EU.

Are you working hard to find a solution? Then just leave out the eggs or what is your solution today?

For me, there are only two things missing in Migros: Barilla spaghetti and Uncle Ben's long grain rice. I go to Coop for these because Migros can't keep up with their products.
Hello guest
Thank you for your suggestion. We are sorry that our products do not appeal to you.
The addition of branded products to the Migros range will continue to be the exception in the future, as Migros wants to maintain its price/performance advantage with strong own brands - which make up over 90 percent of the range.
Best regards

Migros does not carry these brands because of price/performance advantages but because of certain STRATEGIES... The Barilla brand, for example, is also carried by Denner and even by Otto's Warenposten!

It bothers me that the packaging is so small.
I only need about half the pack and then I barely have enough plastic left at the top of the opening to put a seal around it. Unfortunately, I don't have enough storage space in my kitchen for an extra container just for half a pack of spaghetti...
Thank you very much for your comment.
We will be happy to incorporate your request for better sized packaging into our next product range revision.
We hope to be able to serve you with this information and to welcome you back to Migros soon.
