Is it a real skyr (i.e. with skyr cultures) or just low-fat quark? (see also 20meister10's comment in the reviews)
Hello folio, thank you for your inquiry. This is a Skyr product with specific cultures and an increased protein content. The product is manufactured according to the definition of skyr. In Switzerland, however, there is no obligation to declare ingredients that are exclusively necessary for the production of the fermented milk product. Therefore, the lactic acid bacteria culture is not included in the list of ingredients. The nutritional label refers to the entire contents of the cup. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
