I don't quite understand why it says "eat the same day" in the product description. I bought a bag of them today, with a best-before date of tomorrow. That means they are good until at least tomorrow, often even longer.

Are the Sanwich fresh or were they frozen in the meantime before being put on the shelf for sale? Can this be seen on the packaging?

Once again, the shelves are completely empty in 9500 Wil SG: Today Saturday, 29.12.2018, 09.30 a.m. !!!!!!!!! I don't think I need to say any more and I just hope that Migros will finally take itself by the nose and urgently change something instead of always blaming the customer or justifying itself.

Saturday, 01.09.2018, why can't you get Sils sandwiches anywhere? Neither in 9500 Wil MM, Stelz Wil, Bronschhofen, empty racks everywhere. It really can't be that. It happens again and again. Was there a problem with the manufacturer (would be incomprehensible)? Or was it once again down to the staff?

Numerous Sils sandwiches were ordered in all branches and sold well. As these sandwiches have a shelf life of two days, they can no longer be sold on Monday. It's worth going shopping in the morning on Saturdays - the later you go, the less chance you have of getting these sandwiches. Too much stock would then result in food waste, which we would like to avoid. However, you are also welcome to order the Sils sandwiches - they will then be reserved for you. your M-Infoline team

Why does Migros keep giving customers the feeling that they are at fault and that they are to blame? Why doesn't Migros finally take their concerns seriously? As you may see, I have already written about this several times. I always go shopping in Wil SG between 09.30 and 10.00 on Saturday, and every time there is a scramble for these loaves and you have to be "lucky" if there are any left. This time it was a little later. But it can't be that the racks were empty everywhere at 9.30 am or 10.30 am? The store in Wil SG is open until 5 p.m., so the customer can expect that there will still be Sils sandwiches available at this time. If I didn't go until 3 p.m., then I could understand it. But the fact that there are no more in the whole area by then means that something is going wrong with the ordering process and I would ask once again that these shortcomings be rectified.
