Are the emulsifiers of plant origin?

Our bakery manufacturer, the Fresh Food & Beverage Group (formerly JOWA), is part of Migros Industry and is therefore committed to the high Migros standards. Vegetable fats and oils or butter are used in the production of baked goods. Emulsifiers such as E471, E472, and E475, which we use in the production of our baked goods, are always of vegetable origin. We hope this information is helpful to you.
