Unfortunately, the product pictured is no longer available at my Migros in Metalli, Zug. I used to buy this boiled meat every week and was happy to pay the high price for it.
Now there is "Siedfleisch im Sulz" in the "Classic" packaging. It has a lower price, looks like Spam and tastes more like sausage than meat. It is a great pity that the old, tried-and-tested product with its excellent taste has been withdrawn from sale. Why actually?????

The item you are looking for, "Siedfleisch mit Sulz", is still available in the store and is also ordered by them as normal. You were probably just unlucky and the product was just sold out. If you cannot find it on your next visit, please contact the staff in the relevant area directly. They will be happy to help you.
During the summer weeks, we also stock the item "Siedlfleisch im Sulz" = cooked in sulz, which you do not appreciate. This product is more suitable for making boiled meat salad.
