Why does this mustard have a new taste? For the past 1 month, I've found it too strong, with a mustard taste that's not pronounced enough and bitter. It used to be my favorite mustard. What's going on?

In such cases, we try to repeat the recipe as much as possible, but small differences are of course possible.
