What did you do with the Schützenwurst? It was the only sausage I could use for sausage salad because it was nice and thin and the skin was easy to remove. The last 2 times it was just a cheap Servelats and I could hardly peel the skin. The giant Cervelats in the butcher's shop cost 1.80 and are exactly the same as the Schützenwurst from before. I'm increasingly buying from butchers again as I was very disappointed that large companies are going out with the price, but the quality is getting worse😡

You will generally find the batch number next to the best-before date. It usually starts with the letter L or a mixture of letters and numbers. Good day. I no longer have the packaging. I gave Schützenwurst as a gift. But it was in the Migros Hofmatt in Kriens and was before July 17, 2024, because since then I've closed the store for lunch and eat out. But I didn't dare buy any more Schützenwurst either. However, it is correct that the product is not available in all stores. The reason for this is that we have a large variety of different cervelats in our range and space is unfortunately limited. However, as we offer many different types of cervelat, we do not order large quantities of each variety, which is why the Schützenwurst can unfortunately sell out quickly. Why is this sausage no longer available in Graubünden? I don't like cervelats, but I would like to have a sausage salad again - with Schützenwurst. New gimmicks are added to the range almost every week, but more and more often classics fall by the wayside.

The Migros Cooperative Eastern Switzerland has never had M-Classic Schützenwurst in its range. At the moment, there are no plans to include this product in the range. However, we do have a very wide range of cooked sausages.
Instead of Cervelat, we can recommend the following alternatives:- Thurgau sausage, only in larger stores
- M-Classic Lyoner 380g piece
- M-Budget Lyoner 500g piece
