Dear Migros

The problem described by the other guest 39 weeks ago still exists. I don't know if you have changed the recipe in the meantime, but if so, I think it has been made worse.

Your tip to store the cheese in the fridge beforehand doesn't help at all. I, for one, always store it in the fridge, but the cheese still falls apart and is difficult to remove from the foil. Besides, you should be able to expect a processed cheese to come off the foil perfectly without having to store it in the fridge for a long time.

Personally, I won't be buying this product any more, but with a heavy heart I will invest the few centimes more and buy one of the others, because they work perfectly.

Hello guest
Thank you for taking the time to write to us.
We regret that you are not satisfied with our processed cheese slices sandwich and thank you for your helpful comment. We have conducted intensive analysis with our supplier and have decided not to deliver the product for the moment.
The quality is being revised by our supplier. As soon as the panes can be removed from the film again without any problems, the product will be reintroduced to the range
We hope that we can continue to count you among our valued customers and wish you a pleasant day.
Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello
I want to make sandwiches for the whole family and now the processed cheese turns out to be cream cheese - extremely difficult to scrape the slices out of the foil! I wonder what happened? (L1203123002 / 17:09)

Hello guest
Thank you for your comment. We have checked our return samples and the same defects have occurred. The cheese disintegrates into many small pieces when removed and sticks strongly to the packaging film.
Other production series also show a similar picture. Apparently, the texture of the cheese changes considerably with increasing storage time, as it is smooth and elastic when fresh and the slices detach perfectly from the film.
If the slices are stored in the fridge, the defect does not appear. We have stored poorly separating slices for an hour at approx. 6°C and were then able to unwrap them from the film without any problems.
As a measure, we decided to change the recipe of the cheese. There will be hardly any change in taste, but the cheese will have more bite and remain more stable.
Kind regards from the M-Infoline team
