The picture does not show roast beef but something else. The pictured meat is either a false nut or a wide rump but not an entrecote which is used for roast beef. In addition, roast beef is only roast beef when it is fully cooked.

Thanks for your input - of course you're right. This is a hoof. We will adjust the picture as soon as possible. We will then show an entrecôte so that our customers know which piece can be made into roast beef.
