I don't understand why the venison pepper and the deer pepper only have 1 star for animal welfare. As it is meat from the wild, the animals had a 100% species-appropriate life, which no farm can offer. And they were spared the stress of the slaughterhouse. Only 1 point for animal welfare is therefore absurd.

If we are not aware of any data, as is the case with game meat, the product is awarded one point. We adopted this method from the School of Agricultural, Forest and Food Sciences HAFL. We agree with you that the allocation here is not correct. We are therefore currently examining whether an animal welfare assessment for wild animals is possible at all. Hello Piliaren, thank you for your inquiry. You can prepare the product as follows: In the microwave: Remove the carton and pierce the lid foil. Heat for 6 minutes at 600 watts.
