Hello Even though cooking and heating have already been mentioned below ... I usually just take the packet out of the fridge, cut a piece off and use it as a sandwich topping. It goes well with almost everything in the kitchen: Mustard, mayo, ..., cheese of all kinds, jam, honey, salads, slices of fruit. What you shouldn't put on it is ice cream, it would melt in your mouth ;-D Greetings from near Basel

Good evening xmarlem The beef tongue is already cooked. Just reheat it in hot water. Ideally, it should be left in water at 80-90°C for about an hour. Best regardsFrederica

It was purchased in Zurich. Migros Seebach. I just want to know if I should put it in water with the whole package (like how you cook pig's trotter, to be clear) or without it. Thank you.

Hello Kra,mpe, Thank you very much for your inquiry. Quick M-Classic beef tongue is already cooked. All you need to do is heat it up in hot water. Ideally, it should be left to rest in water at 80-90° C for about an hour. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Dear forte98, thank you for your question. Quick products are already cooked, i.e. the products only need to be heated in hot water. there is an arrow at the bottom left of the Quick products to open the label (instructions for preparation are visible). As a rule of thumb: 500 g 60 min 1 kg 90 min Each additional ½ kg plus 30 min. the water must NOT boil. Only heat in water at approx. 80-90°C.
