We are happy to confirm that the products mentioned (M-Classic fruit quark (apple, apricot, banana, strawberry, raspberry) do not contain any ingredients or additives of animal origin, with the exception of milk. On the other hand, all fruit quark products are NOT completely alcohol-free in the sense of the request. The flavors used may contain alcohol in the form of alcohol-containing carrier substances. Hello Divico-Tell, thank you for the information. We checked the corresponding retained samples. We found a deviation in the cooling area during the manufacturing process. This sporadic error led to a deviation in the texture, taste and color of the product. As this was not a permanent deviation, it was not noticed during the line inspection or the subsequent tasting.
