In the production of yoghurt, all the milk components (skimmed milk, cream, skimmed milk and milk protein powder) are mixed together with the sugar and pasteurized. This mass is then inoculated with lactic acid bacteria and acidified. Depending on the desired flavour, the corresponding fruit mass, which is also pasteurized, is added to the resulting yoghurt. We are forced to buy organic and that is not right! It's the same with other products. Migros is not an organic store and organic should only be an add-on. Under no circumstances should normal products have to go.
