Quark variations à la M-Classic Léger (especially in terms of nutritional values/price) in apricot, banana and other flavors would be most welcome...

Hello White_Angel, thank you very much for your suggestion. There are currently no plans to introduce this. However, the specialist department has been informed of your request. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Now available in improved quality. How is it possible to improve the quality when the apricot content has been reduced from 8% to 4.8%? I don't associate more flavor with better quality...?! Indirectly, the sugar content could be reduced, but this should not be done by reducing the apricots.

Thank you for your patience dundee. There is a slight misunderstanding here. The apricot content is still 8%. However, the declaration on the label is slightly different, which gives the impression that it contains fewer apricots. Here is the explanation of the apricot quark declaration. Old label: Apricot from concentrate 8 %. The concentrate used is diluted back to 8% apricots. The concentrate was not divided into its ingredients at the time. New label: Apricot puree and apricot concentrate 4.8%. This 4.8% contains: 3.2 % apricot puree, 1.6 % apricot concentrate (3-fold concentrated) = 4.8 %. The re-dilution process turns this 1.6 % concentrate back into 4.8 % apricots. Together with the 3.2 % apricot puree, we therefore have 8 % apricots in the end product. 3.2% apricot puree plus 4.8% apricots = 8.0 %. Unfortunately, this correlation is not clear. We will take this into account the next time we revise the label. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
