Optigal, however, goes beyond the Swiss Animal Welfare Ordinance. The Optigal chickens grow up in special animal-friendly housing. The chickens have free range and are reared on carefully selected farms. The Optigal brand stands for high-quality poultry products of Swiss origin. Swiss origin, animal welfare and transparent traceability back to the farm are important customer requirements that we communicate via this brand. The chicks hatch and grow up in Switzerland. They are also slaughtered and processed in Switzerland. Rearing, rearing, feeding and transport are constantly monitored by independent organizations without prior notice, which ensures the best possible conditions.
