Sorry, but the explanation that the cooking instructions for smoked pork loin (657 grams; my product as an example) are missing because there isn't enough space due to Switzerland's four languages is completely ridiculous. It works for bean meat too. Well, I'll stick to the cooking instructions for bean meat, which is certainly not wrong, and then add the pork belly to the pickled and drained dried beans and potatoes in the pressure cooker and steam it again for 12 minutes on setting two. But Migros' response and reference to multilingualism is questionable and highly dubious.
Hello Entenfuss, the preparation instructions can be found on the packaging. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
No, it isn't. Neither I nor my wife found it. But I'm sure you'll be kind enough to show me where it is.
Hello Entenfuss, thank you very much for the photos. You are right. We will immediately investigate why the preparation instructions were missing and make the necessary corrections. We apologize for the inconvenience. Here is the required information: "Place the ribs in a pot of hot, but not boiling, water (approx. 80–85 °C). Leave to simmer for approx. 45–60 minutes, depending on the size of the piece." Best regards, your M-Infoline team
I assume you are aware that other customers have also complained about the lack of cooking instructions. I am therefore surprised that this omission has not already been reviewed and corrected. Furthermore, I explicitly wrote how I would cook the meat. Your good advice therefore comes too late and the ribs have long since been eaten. In addition, your information lacks a reference weight from which the cooking time could be derived. This is specified for the bean meat, even with a note that the cooking time is halved in a pressure cooker. In summary: Thank you for your response, which is firstly incomplete and secondly too late. But, and I have to get this off my chest, your response is in line with the other responses on this topic and confirms to me that the service at Migros has deteriorated significantly.

What is the boiling time for this product? No instructions on the packaging. It’s 0,285kg Schweinsnierstück Rippli geräuchert.
Dear Gron50, Thank you for your enquiry. The recommended cooking time is 30-40 minutes. Best regards, your M-Infoline Team

Good evening, I bought a smoked pork tenderloin, unfortunately the cooking time is not mentioned in any language. Should I cook it for 1h00? It goes well with sauerkraut. Best regards M.Bellanca
Hi bellanca M-Infoline wrote on a similar question: You can cook smoked pork tenderloin in hot soup, over beans or sauerkraut in a pan for about 30 minutes. You can also reheat it in the bag in hot water - it's important that the water doesn't boil.Best regards Frederica
Hello bellanca, thank you for your request. We are sorry that the cooking time is not indicated. This is a regional product. Please let us know the item number and the corresponding Migros store or cooperative. We look forward to receiving your inquiry. With best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you for your information, unfortunately I no longer have the item numbers. The goods were bought at Migros Marin ...but I don't think the place of purchase is important....it's just a pity that the cooking time is not marked. No worries for me, I managed. Best regards M.Bellanca

I bought smoked ribs. It's not clear whether it's already cooked! The preparation time is also missing!
Hi Köchin, thank you for your contribution. This product is smoked and not cooked ribs - you will find this information on the packaging. However, we also offer cooked ribs in our stores. Due to the multilingualism in Switzerland and the comprehensive declarations, the available space on the label is limited. Therefore, you will not find any preparation instructions on the packaging. We ask for your understanding. You can cook the smoked ribs in a hot soup, on beans or sauerkraut in a pan for approx. 30 minutes. You can also heat the still packaged ribs in hot water - it is just important that the water does not boil. Otherwise the bag will burst. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
