I would also like to know... 🤔😊
Hello Garlic SauceFalcon, thank you for your question. We use a metallized film.Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Where does the corn come from? Unfortunately, it's not written anywhere on the packaging
Hello Kymba00, thank you for your question. The corn for this popcorn comes from France and South Africa. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you for the feedback, that also explains climate compatibility with only 3 out of 5 *** But is there really too little maize in Europe that it has to come from South Africa and what about genetically modified maize?
Hello Kymba00, thank you for your feedback. Our arrangements with the relevant specialist department took some time. We apologize for the delay. We are happy to confirm that we do not carry any genetically modified products in our range. We verify this by means of numerous random analyses. The origin from South Africa is due to the fact that our raw material supplier maintains a small proportion of its business relationships in this country. We hope these additions are helpful to you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Many thanks M-infoline Team

The popcorn is currently practically nowhere to be found. Is there a reason for this, or will there be a restock soon? Not available online, less than 10 packs in the Bern area
Hello AndreN
Thank you for contacting us.
We were happy to look into your request with our specialist department. There was indeed a supply shortage of popcorn. However, the item is now back in stock and available in all Migros stores in Bern.
We hope that we have answered your request and wish you a nice day.

I have to build a "birthday cake" with 40 popcorn bags for a club. What is the weight of the bag when full and in the delivery cartons, how many pieces are in each bag and what is the weight of the cartons? I have the same question for the pink bags "Werners Markt-Magenbrot": Item number 110199100000 GTIN 7641079003689
Hello Margrits, thank you for your inquiry. The dimensions of the M-Classic popcorn are 16 cm wide, 28 cm high and 7.5 cm deep. We are still clarifying the dimensions of the stomach bread, we will let you know these details as soon as we have them. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello Margrits, we would like to give you the dimensions of the stomach bread: Length 4.5 cm, width 9 cm and height 22 cm. Unfortunately, we cannot give you any information about the logistics. We hope that we were able to help you anyway. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Could Migros also sell this popcorn in caramel?
Hello Nexooo, thank you for your suggestion. We offer the popcorn with caramel several times a year for a short time as an additional item in our range. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I think the new popcorn is just as tasty, if not better, than the old one (which was also excellent), but I still long for the old 50g size to return. 100g is just too much for me, so I will buy it from Coop or make it myself. Can't Migros go back to the old size? The customers on Migipedia want this.
Dear guest
Thank you for your comment.
Those responsible have informed us that the change in packaging size took place in May 2013. This change was well received by many customers. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to fulfill all customer requests.
As there are no plans to adjust the content quantity in the near future, we recommend that you fill the bag into smaller portions or reseal it with a clip.
We hope for your understanding and look forward to your next visit.
Best wishes from the M-Infoline team

@M-Infoline: "This change was received positively by many customers." -> by which customers? Did you ask customers in the supermarket? Or sent emails? Here on Migipedia I see almost exclusively negative comments and that's exactly what Migipedia is there for, for customer feedback!
Or did customers write to you specifically to congratulate you on the new pack size? I can't imagine. Correct me if I'm wrong. Otherwise, I would like to see more honesty from you and fewer made-up standard answers along the lines of: "This change has been well received by many customers."
Hello guest
Thank you for your feedback. It is important to us to give our customers honest answers.
The sales figures for the 100g pack since the changeover in May 2013 prove to us that many consumers like to buy the larger bag. Some prefer the 100g bag, while others prefer to stick with the 50g pack. We are not always able to fulfill all customer wishes - but we always do our best.
We hope for your understanding and wish you a relaxing weekend.

Good day
You are currently advertising your products "FROM US" "FROM HERE". Now I would like to know why some of these products, e.g. the popcorn, are "Elaboré en Belgique"? Shouldn't they come from Switzerland?
Speaking of quality, I would also like to point out that my popcorn is also bought in the Coop, as it is roasted with sunflower oil and sea salt and not with the controversial palm oil!
Thank you very much for your information. Kind regards
Hello nicole.peter69
Thank you for your interest.
The campaign FROM US FROM HERE refers to products that we manufacture in our own factories. The salted popcorn is produced by a third-party supplier and has nothing to do with this campaign.
We are aware that the popcorn is currently still produced with palm oil. Our supplier is already checking whether it is possible to switch to sunflower oil. However, this will take some time - we ask for your understanding.

We have also stopped buying popcorn since the changeover to the large bags and the new "quality". We are really disappointed and miss the old popcorn very much. We used to eat it every day and were almost addicted, but now we are really averse to it. It's interesting that the figures tell a different story, especially as many of the comments from people around us are the same as ours.
Since you can wish for anything, we wish for the old popcorn back, who knows, maybe one day our wish will come true...
Hello guest
Thank you for your message.
We are sorry that you no longer like our popcorn. Feedback like this is important to us. We will be happy to inform the relevant department about your feedback.

I completely agree with the guest...

Dear Migros
I am not only very disappointed with the quality of the new popcorn, but also with your answer that it is a matter of taste. There is clearly a difference in quality compared to the old popcorn. These popcorns would definitely fail a cash register test. Popcorn is very hard - crunchy is not a word for it!!! It has hard kernels that will make you grit your teeth. Unfortunately, they also fail the taste test. :-(
Please do something about it - I'm happy to pay a little more for it...
I think it's a pity that you don't take the numerous comments seriously and dismiss them with flimsy reasons. Disappointed, I'll have to buy my popcorn at the Coop. Even though I'm a Migros child by conviction.
Dear guest
Thank you for your contribution.
We will take your comments on board and pass them on to our supplier and ask him to check the product. We have once again informed the production department that the hard, unpopped ones must be sorted out.
Our specialist department has also received your feedback on the taste. The fact is that there are also many customers who enjoy eating this popcorn. Nevertheless, we very much appreciate your input. However, we cannot promise you a change.
We hope for your understanding and wish you a nice day.

I used to love Migros popcorn more than anything. It was much better than the competition. But since the changeover to the large pack, I've only been biting on hard kernels! Dangerous for teeth and annoying. I will no longer buy popcorn at Migros. Please switch back to the old production method/composition (however).
Hello guest
Thank you for your message. The changeover of the popcorn bag from 50g to 100g took place at the same time as a change of supplier. Numerous tastings were carried out before the change and it was decided to switch to crispy popcorn. It was well received by customers and there were no complaints. Unpopped corn kernels should be sorted out before packing and should not end up in the bag.
There are no plans to change the product at the moment. We regret that we cannot give you any other information.
Kind regards from the M-Infoline team

Too bad, I'll buy my popcorn somewhere else, as I really struggle with this kind of product change.
Hi pumpkin
We regret that you no longer like the M-Classic popcorn.
Taste-related objections are very difficult for us to deal with, as taste is a very individual sensation. What one person finds great, another doesn't like at all.
But of course the opinion of our Migipedia users is important to us and we will of course pass on your post.
See you soon and best regards from the M-Infoline team
