The last two packs were gummy and not so shockingly tasty. What's wrong? The ones from Zweifel are crispy, melt in the mouth and taste like schocki.
But I would much rather buy them from Migros.

We are sorry that the last two packs were so disappointing.
Unfortunately we can't check our retained samples as we don't know what M-Data and lot number the two packs had.
What we can say is that nothing has been changed in the recipe. If the pop corn is "rubbery", it may be because the pack was poorly sealed.
In addition, we have not received any similar feedback. We hope that the next time you buy popcorn it will be crunchy again, taste like chocolate and melt in your mouth. :-)
