I am interested in your product and would like to use it.
Due to a severe alcohol intolerance, I would appreciate brief information on the following points:
Is the product vegetarian?
Is alcohol (e.g., ethanol) used as a carrier in flavors or extracts?
Are there any measurable alcohol residues in the final product?
Does the product contain ingredients of animal origin?
Is there a possibility of cross-contamination with alcoholic or non-vegetarian products during the production process?

Hello hagiger, thank you for your question. The preparation is as follows: Preheat the oven to 190 °C. Spread the frozen Pommes Duchesse on the baking tray and bake on the middle shelf for 20-25 minutes until golden brown (bake in a fan oven at 170 °C for approx. 20 minutes). Can the very general term spices and spice essence not be declared more precisely? If space is limited, perhaps with a qr-code or here in migipedia? For allergy sufferers to garlic, for example, all these inadequately declared products are unfortunately omitted for risk reasons, even though they may not contain anything problematic. Hello andifanti, we are pleased to inform you that the product "Pommes Duchesse" does not contain garlic. We can certainly understand how difficult it is for you to shop. Garlic is not one of the most common allergens such as milk, egg or celery etc., which is why it does not have to be openly declared. Unfortunately, an open declaration of spices in the list of ingredients is hardly feasible for reasons of space. The space on the labels is already very limited, especially as we also have to meet the requirements for the different languages and the font size. Due to the space available, it is unfortunately practically impossible to list all spices separately and in all languages. Hello, is this product gluten-free? If so, why is it not labeled as such? Would be important for people with coeliac disease.
Hello celiacgirl, the M-Classic Pommes Duchesse do not contain any gluten-containing ingredients, nor should any carry-over be expected. The most important source of information for people with coeliac disease is the list of ingredients. If a product contains gluten-containing ingredients, this must be openly declared, stating the gluten-containing cereals (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, etc.). In addition, gluten-containing ingredients must be highlighted in the list of ingredients, for example in bold print or with capital letters (examples: wheat starch, WHEAT flour). Traces due to possible carry-over in the manufacturing process must be indicated at the end of the list of ingredients with a "may contain" note ("may contain gluten" or "may contain traces of gluten").
