Thank you very much.
Hi MN55803, thank you for your inquiry. We will be happy to look into your request. Do you have a pack available so that you can provide us with the best-before date and the batch/lot number? This information will enable us to make further clarifications for you. The batch/lot number is usually located next to the best-before date and contains a mixture of letters and numbers. We look forward to your feedback! Best regards, your M-Infoline team
No, I don't have that at the moment. But that shouldn't matter. It's a general question about this product. I could go to the nearest store and give you the lot number of a pack, but it's about this pepper in general. See the questions above in my query. Do you have any knowledge of lead contamination in this product? It seems like you are trying to dodge the question... Thank you for your response.
Hello MN55803, every new batch of black pepper is carefully tested for pesticide and mycotoxin residues, among other things. The supplier's risk assessment has shown that the risk of contamination with heavy metals and MOSH/MOAH in black pepper is very low. For this reason, they are not currently carrying out any analyses in this area.
We test the pepper annually as part of our self-monitoring - no abnormalities were found. In addition to pesticides and mycotoxins, we also tested for lead and cadmium. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
