Hello Acalyanur, thank you for your question. The M-Classic Paprika Triangles do not contain alcohol. The potato chips are suitable for vegetarian diets as no animal additives are used. Is E 471 in this product of plant origin?

Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E 471) are mainly produced from glycerine, which is usually of vegetable origin. However, this is not certain, mono- and diglycerides can also be of animal origin or genetically engineered.
