I miss the organic aha! Gluten-free vegan rice breadcrumbs. That was great, it's a shame it's no longer in the range. Is there a good gluten-free alternative?
Hello Eurocopter, we are sorry that you are missing this item from our shelves. Unfortunately, the previous supplier has ceased production. In the meantime, we have managed to find a suitable alternative. This will be available in our stores from the end of June under the same name but with a new article number (1062.740). As an interim solution, we are now offering breadcrumbs from Zwicky (article number: 1062.599) at https://produkte.migros.ch/zwicky-paniergold-glutenfrei which are also gluten-free. Hello, has the bifidus vanilla yogurt been taken out of the range or can I still find it in large stores? It was my absolute favorite yogurt. I hope it hasn't been replaced with lc1, which is about twice as sweet.

Dear Migros Is the breadcrumbs vegan? It says that it may contain eggs and other "non-vegan" ingredients, but is that because the same factory also produces products with eggs, milk, ...? Kind regards

Hello, I have a question: Why doesn't Migros sell a ready-to-cook spice flour? My idea would be for Migros to offer 3-4 types of spice flour for different applications when cooking with flour. The spice flours would fulfill an "all-round" taste purpose in the respective main categories. This in the sense of flavor support for both applications with all kinds of products. I would suggest the following 4 main categories: HERBS Light herb flour e.g. for roux, binding soups/sauces, breading vegetables etc. MEAT Spice flour combined with intense but not overly dominant spices e.g. chicken schnitzel and cordon bleu, binding sauces etc. FISH Slightly sweet/herbal/sea salt flavor. Can be used on all fish fillets that are fried and breaded. In this sense, this flour supports the breading mixture. PATISSERIE Sweet flour to enhance the flavor of all kinds of sauces. Combined with a little salt. There is scope for several flour blends in this area... Just sweet, vanilla, cinnamon, chocolate, fruit flavors, etc. In short, such a product would reduce countless work steps and ideally support the taste of the respective product.
