This product can be safely stored in a dark, relatively cool place for at least 2 years without any loss of quality; storing this rösti in the freezer is nonsense.

What exactly is the meaning of sprinkled seasoning and what exactly does it contain? I may be allergic to certain ingredients, so it would be an advantage to list all the ingredients.
Hi Billie, the food legislation states: " Seasoning is a solid, mixable product made from table salt. To achieve better pourability, other ingredients such as yeast, vegetables, mushrooms and spices, as well as ingredients such as starch or fat, can be added to the seasoning. The exact recipe for the seasoning contained in the rösti is not disclosed. Please let us know which ingredients you cannot tolerate or to which you are allergic. Has the composition or fat content been changed? No matter which pan I fry the rösti in, it "burns". This never used to be an issue, but for a few months now it has been "standard".
Hello AndreaMeier, thank you for your post. Nothing has been changed in the recipe for the original rösti. But potatoes are natural products, so there can be variations in quality. Hello M-Infoline, palm oil is listed in the list of ingredients in German, but rapeseed oil is listed in French and Italian. I would also much prefer rapeseed oil to palm oil, even though I know that Migros uses sustainable palm oil.

Good morning, after a long time (back then I still had the old packaging) I bought Rösti. Something has been changed in the recipe, they no longer taste the same :((( and palm oil of all things :o please add another oil to the product, there are plenty of options :))) Thank you
