taste suffers from the quantity
The large jars no longer fit in the spice drawer. And they could potentially expire before you've used all the contents. Not cool.
It does the job. Fresh is better, but when you don't have any on hand, it's fine.
Always tastes good, on pizza, in tomato sauce
Why do spice jars have to be so tall or wide (herbs) nowadays? I don't want to have to rebuild or extend my spice rack. I keep the old jars and refill them - not so practical...
Good, too bad not also available in smaller sizes
