Hello Moai59, thank you for your inquiry. May we ask for your purchasing region? Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Eastern Switzerland
Dear Moai59, thank you very much for your interest in M-Classic Ochsenmaul. We would love to sell Swiss meat, but unfortunately ox muzzle is not always produced in the required quantities in Switzerland. We therefore have to resort to foreign meat. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello hjknoepfli Thank you for contacting us. We were able to clarify your request with the meat department. Sliced ox muzzle is becoming increasingly popular, which is why product availability is not always guaranteed during the summer months. We are working hard with the supplier to find a solution. We hope that we have answered your query and wish you a wonderful summer. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team
Dear M-Infoline Team Thank you very much for your reply and your efforts. I am pleased that you are working on a solution. Kind regards, Hj. Knöpfli

Why does the ox muzzle have to be so salty? The same product from *Bell* is unfortunately cut a little too coarsely, but is much tastier thanks to less salt.
Hello KarlESch Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you were not able to enjoy the salad, which should of course not be oversalted. So that we can clarify the situation, we need the following information: What is the M-date (sell by, use by)? What is the batch number (number starting with a letter or mixed)? Where did you buy the salad? Thank you for your brief feedback and we wish you an enjoyable week. Your M-Infoline team
