The M-Check "Climate compatibility" for this product has 5 stars online. There are 3 stars printed on the packaging. Which value is correct?

How should I interpret the 80g of oat flour and 23g of corn semolina (both based on 100g of end product)?

Hello tasteless, thank you for your question. We shape the raw material to make the oat rings. During this process, water evaporates so that less material remains at the end of the process than was added to the recipe at the beginning. According to European legislation (EC/1169/2011 VIII.4.a & 2017/C 393/05), we must declare the weight on the packaging of the raw materials used. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
