Dear Migros I bought the nut sticks again a long time ago and was quite disappointed. Where have the big hazelnut pieces from before gone? LG

Hello Mokka4ever, we didn't change the recipe for the nut sticks. We still use the same ground hazelnuts here. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

How long have these classics been in the range? At least 40 years, right?

Hello coromandel98, thank you for your inquiry. The Nuss-Stengeli have been in our range since 1930 and used to be called Totenbeinli. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Dear Migros, I always find your nut sticks superfine, unfortunately I haven't been able to eat them for two years, since then I've been vegan. I wanted to ask if you could make them vegan too? Lg

Hello Lilana, thank you very much for your compliment on the nut sticks. There are currently no plans to launch a vegan version. However, we were very happy to take up your interesting suggestion. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

that would be great, thank you :)

Why are the nut sticks no longer available in 250g bags? 500g is too much for me, the bag tends to tear when closed and then they get soggy. The smallest pack is far too expensive and has too much packaging.

Hello peterlehmann, we have different packaging sizes for our nut sticks. For example, you can find our organic wholemeal nut sticks in a 270 gram pack.

The film we use is recyclable and slightly thinner. It is therefore not quite as tear-resistant as conventional, non-recyclable film. Our tip, as shown on the packaging, is not to tear it by hand, but to open it with scissors. The bag can then be taped shut again. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Does this product contain alcohol, is it completely alcohol-free and vegetarian? Is there any cross-contamination with alcohol or animal ingredients?

Hello Acalyanur, the nut Stengeli are vegetarian, do not contain rennet and do not come into contact with alcohol. The Stengeli contain protein powder and milk protein. We have seen that you are regularly interested in different products on the same topic. May we ask you to contact us in future via our contact form with the list of products? This will allow us to clarify your inquiries and answer them directly together. Thank you very much! Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Unfortunately, the packaging is a nuisance. Once opened, the bag tears in all directions and a clean resealing is not possible. As a result, the quality of the Nuss Stengeli suffers if they are kept a little longer.

Dear guest
So far we have not received any other similar complaints, a thicker plastic film would also tear and alternative packaging would make the product too expensive.
It is best to use scissors to open the packet (as indicated on the packaging), then you can reseal it. Another option would be to store the biscuits in a tin.

Hello everyone So obviously I'm coming over 10 years later. Nevertheless, I (still) think the packaging is a disaster. Even if you cut through the top carefully. The plastic tears at the first opportunity. I'm happy to pay 50 cents more, but that's garbage! Incidentally, great cookies!

Hello Shogun65, thank you for your feedback. How packaging is designed is always a trade-off between functionality/design, use of materials and costs. The topic of sustainability is no longer just a trend, but an everyday reality. This is reflected in our products, where we try to ensure a balance between effective protection for the product (from oxygen, vermin, light, etc.), a good benefit for the customer (handling, weight, long shelf life) and a good price-performance ratio. Unfortunately, most of our customers are not prepared to pay such a high additional price for their favorite products. We have submitted your feedback to our specialist department. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
