Very fine sardines. Straight onto bread, in a salad or in a tomato sauce. Goes with everything.

Very little flavor contains almost more water than oil
It would be good if you could include whole sardines without cheap vegetable oil (like the refined olive oil or lampante oil here or the super unhealthy soy and sunflower oils etc. in the other canned fish), but with butter or in water (like tuna).
