Perfect for a quick, healthy meal
I had the pleasure of tasting this product on vacation in Valais: good-sized white mussels; natural cooking juices.
I wanted to buy the same product this weekend in Nyon: what a disappointment: mussels of all sizes and colors, sour sauce with cream, lots of onions and garlic (my purchase was indeed the mussels according to the photo: with greens ... and not the ones with garlic).
How can you have in the same package 2 products of totally different execution and flavor?

It's the only mussel I buy anymore. No more worrying about whether or not I'm going to get sick from mussels that may have died before cooking.

OK, many mussels are very small - the taste of the broth should be more intense. That's why I spiced it up: white wine, garlic, fish stock, tomato, etc.
