We have carefully checked the sensory deviations you described in the Schümli with the lot number 2018132426 and the expiration date 14.12.2024. Our production records do not show any deviations, but we were able to detect a similar perception at certain points when tasting the retained samples.

During production, we grease the oven belt to prevent the baked goods from sticking. We suspect that the belt grease caused the deviating sensory perception.

We informed the people responsible about your report and sensitized our employees again in order to prevent such incidents in the best possible way in the future.

Hello suppenteller, unfortunately this is not possible. We use Couverture Nobile in this recipe. If you add chocolate, couverture or cocoa powder, cocoa butter is automatically included. We assume that the system settings had to be optimized at the start and therefore they are not quite up to standard. The affected bags should have been sorted out. I no longer have the number of the first pack, but I bought another pack on Saturday and opened it today. However, these are also like this. LOT no. L0506 (04.01.17) Have you been able to check this in the meantime?
